SHIPPING

All orders ship within 7-14 business days after processing (not including holidays or weekends).

When you have successfully placed your order you will receive a confirmation email/text (depending on your selected method of contact). This notification confirms that your order request has been received by the Solo team.

When your order has been mailed you will receive a shipping notification via (email/text depending on your selected method of contact). This notification confirms that your order is on its way to you! We WILL ALWAYS include a tracking number for your shipment.

SALE ITEMS CAN NOT BE REFUNDED, EXCHANGES ONLY IF APPLICABLE. 

RETURNS

15 day refund policy. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted after 15 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returned products that are intimate, such as lingerie and swimsuits. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may granted (at the discretion of the Szn of Solo Sale's Team), for example:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturing or shipping. Partial refunds are up to the Szn Of Solo team's discretion.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@sznofsolo.com.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon initial package opening. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@sznofsolo.com 

 

SHIPPING TO SZN OF SOLO
To return / exchange your product, you should mail your product to Szn of Solo using the return address on your shipment. Please contact us at orders@sznofsolo.com prior to returning your items. 

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When refunding your item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

When shipping back to us, we highly suggest a trackable shipping service and for tracking information to be provided to the Szn of Solo team immediately. Exchanges/ refunds are only 100% approved upon final receipt of the original product!
